The second training (‘Roadshow 2’) aimed at veterinary drug stores in Dong Thap province
With the aim of reducing unnecessary antibiotic use in animal production while promoting prudent use in order to limit the growth of resistant bacteria both in humans and animals, and in collaboration with the Sub-Department of Animal Health of Dong Thap province (SDAH-DT), ViParc organized a second training course (‘Roadshow 2’) targeting veterinary drug shops throughout the province. The training took place on 3 different days: December 12th, December 18th and December 19th, 2020 at three locations including Sa Dec city, Hong Ngu city and Cao Lanh city. A total of 179 attendees from different veterinary drug shops across the province joined in this event. In addition, there were representatives from the Center for Disease Control in Dong Thap province (CDC-DT) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Vietnam.
