Rome, Italy, 3-5 April 2019
In the framework of the VI Conference on Poultry intestinal health (www.ihsig.com) celebrated in Rome during 3-5 April, Juan Carrique-Mas, ViParc Principal Investigator, was invited by Phileo-Lesaffre Animal Care to present the ViParc Project as an example of interventions in a developing country aimed at tackling the global problem of antimicrobial resistance. The event was attended by a large number of specialists, including members of academia and industry, concerned with how to improve overall flock productivity and health, while reducing the needs of antimicrobials in poultry production worldwide.
