ViParc Participation in 2018 GARAD Conference

A number of ViParc scientists and collaborators met in Hanoi with the occasion of the Global Alliance of Research on Avian Diseases (GARAD) conference, held in Hotel Fortuna on the 17-19 January ( In addition to Juan Carrique-Mas (ViParc Principal Investigator), Marc Choisy (ViParc statistician and modeler), Dr. Kiet, Ms. Thanh, Mr. Hoang and Ms. Nhi from the Sub-Department of Animal Health in Dong Thap, as well as collaborators Dr. Niwat Chansiripornchai (Chulalongkorn University) Jonathan Rushton (Liverpool University) participated in the event. GARAD is one of the few truly specialized conferences on poultry diseases covering aspects ranging from avian influenza to diagnostics, zoonoses and economics.
